Park View continues to be one of the hottest neighborhoods in the South East Aurora/Centennial markets. As a result home values are continuing to rise and inventory is moving quickly. As the weather begins to change we will start to see more homes come on the market, but we will also see more buyer looking in the neighborhood. 2015 is setting up to be an exciting year for the Park View Community.

There were twelve new listings this month. All twelve of them are currently under contract and were only on the market an average of four days. The average above grade price per square foot for the last thirty days was $170.56.

No active listings are currently on the market. As we move into spring, we will start to see some more listings begin to hit the market. I also think we will begin to see more buyers coming out of hibernation.

Sales prices are up 3.5% from last month. The average sales price last month was $297,250 while the average sales price this month is up to $304,816.

Based on all of the data above, we can see that the market is continuing to move upward. This is great news for Park View residents! Our home values continue to increase adding to the equity of one of our largest assets.

I am predicting steady growth in the neighborhood. Spring is coming and as the temperatures rise so will the value of homes. We are in for an exciting year.
