This home over all is in great condition and is move-in ready. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan really make the home feel spacious. The seller had added new paint and new carpet, re-finished wood floors and a few other upgrades that bring the value up. The floor plan is very functional with 3 bedrooms up stairs and one in the basement. The basement bedroom is in fact a conforming bedroom. The basement also has a “bonus” room that could be used as an office and a 3/4 bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the back side of the house adding some additional privacy. If I had to come up with one draw back, it would be that some of the built in’s are a little strange. I don’t think that is a huge deal, just something I noticed.
The home is not a screaming deal, but is priced fairly in this market. I think this home will sell quickly and the buyer will be very pleased.
