This home has been updated very nicely. New carpet, paint and fixtures make this home very appealing. This house is move in ready, and the next owner will be very happy. Some things may still need to be done to make this home perfect (popcorn ceilings, new furnace, backyard landscaping, windows etc..). However this home was built in 1989 not 2015.
This would be a great place to call your own! Unfortunately I think the price is whats holding this property back. This home is $25,000 over the highest priced home in all of Park View, and I know some homes that have higher end finishes. Once the price is adjusted to match the market, this home will sell quickly.
